The room was new-fashioned and perfect with a lovely balcony. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind. - the location was favorable and unbeatable, on the very edge of town next to the rail line in a residential area.

The staff was excellent when needed. The location was perfect, close to the commuter train that took us to downtown Zagreb, and the bed extremely comfy. Plus, it was just next door to free airport shuttle, the grounds and a supermarket close by.

The setting was particularly good and unbeatable, next to downtown of Zagreb, train station to downtown, and centre of Zagreb. It also was super close to airport.

The hotel met the purpose. The room itself was spotless and functional with comfy bed. Location: the venue was really close to the main train station towards Zagreb and very jet-lagged after 26 hours of travel from the USA.

The room was clean, the shuttle was on time, and the bed was comfortable. However, the restaurant was closed for holiday which was terribly inconvenient.

The entrance to the rooms is up two flights of stairs at a minimum. No elevator. For someone with a handicap, this was an awful surprise. The door was locked at 15:15 and we had to wait outside 20 minutes for someone to finally show up to open it.
